End of a tour, start of the KNITTING

A big thank you again to all the amazing designers, bloggers and podcasts that took part in The Boardwalk Collection blog tour over the last few weeks. It was brilliant hearing everyone’s inspiration and opinions on the new collection.

I already have my Arcade knit and ready for Autumn. I have been wearing this tons with the rainy days we’ve been having lately and it has been keeping me cosy.

I’m planning to make Promenade and Bagatelle in these colours in the next few months for Autumn:

I need to get Rachel‘s Marigold Seaward hat knit up in exchange for her kindly trading me for the Padparadscha sample, so will be knitting one like Julie’s for the Boardwalk KAL that is running until the end of Sept on the group. There is still plenty of time to join in.

I can’t wait to wear my pink one on rainy days!

I am having troubles deciding what colour to knit Pavilion in. I really want to knit this as Renee’s construction sounds so interesting and I feel I will learn a lot from knitting this.

This luscious beauty needs to be just right as I know I will use this as a big, cosy, glamorous scarf all winter. I was thinking of the Padparadscha originally, but then don’t want a matching hat/scarf combo. What do you all think? Which colour should I do??

Here is the full tour list again in case you still need to catch any of the stops:

I will being planning a few trunk shows with the amazing  samples in autumn and will also be at the Yarn in the City Marketplace in London Sept 5th with them all for you to try on!
