Squishy comforts when you need it most – Beyul DK launches today!

Linda Kettle Yarn Co.

I am releasing Beyul DK – baby Yak/ Silk/ ethically farmed Merino – a heavier, more deliciously squishy version of the beloved yak-y blend. There were a few squeals at the show when people saw this yarn! It is pretty special if I do say so myself! So special that the Steppe yellow and Delft blue completely sold out at the show.

Don’t fret though, I’ll be dyeing more asap and you can order now to get the next batch. I have it in 4 colours to start – from left: Delft, Yurt, Steppe, Black Quartz

Yarnporium last weekend was fantastic and it was so nice to see so many familiar faces and meet new folks. Thanks to everyone who came by to say hello and play with me. It was so much fun!

This week’s update has a number of new goodies that were previewed at the show and I hope it cheers some of you up after the crazy political week we’ve had.

Here is a little slideshow  for those of you who missed it. Mouseover the images for captions, or click through for slideshow:

There have been several restocks in this week’s shop update today and I’m introducing  a new rich gold in Islington fingering – British Bluefaced Leicester/ Silk – Mustard.

Above are currently available options for grellow combos in Islington  – clockwise from top left: Icicle, Blighty, Voodoo, Old Smoke, Mustard.

I was convinced at Yarnporium to break up the lovely Knitty cherry wood coaster sets, so you can now get them in smaller amounts for stocking stuffers.  Just choose between the knit or purl design for the singles and the set of 6 still contains 3 of each and comes in the lovely hand-stamped fabric gift pouch.

Coasters now available in smaller amounts

All is now in shop along with several restocked hues. Enjoy!
