Iara Variations and new Sketchbook
I introduced the Iara Shawl, A new spectacular shawl by @eastlondonknit a few weeks ago and thought I’d share my sample in new Northiam, non-superwash Bluefaced Leicester fingering with you!
I’ve knit mine in a combination of, from top, Rosehip, Amber, Thistle, Swift and Caspian. Every time I look at the colours together it just makes me smile.
I wanted big pops of colour for winter. Isn’t it fun?
As usual, I went completely crazy trying out combos before knitting. I was going for a slightly 70s colour vibe and it took me a while to find the right one for me.
